AGRICOLE TECH was created by AG Executives with more than 50 years of combined experience in the AGRICULTURE field in a variety of segments: Farm development, Soybean, Corn, Timber, Trading, Seeds, Logistics, Infrastructure. Through a fully automated and sealed process, divided in two parts:
with high concentration of NPK (micro and macro nutrients), bioactive functional groups (organic acids, amino acids and polyamides) and ammonia. We have the ability to correct the NPK ratio to our customer’s specifications.
also known as Peat. A solid biofertilizer with a high concentration of phosphorus, and with the possibility of use as activated carbon.
Hydrothermal conversion (HTC) is a technology for processing waste with moisture through high temperatures and pressures. However, HTC alone DOES NOT solve the Fertilizer problem – it is ONLY DUE to BLUENANO’s technology for building nanostructures enriched by atomic manipulation that we can give both the liquid and solid fractions unique performances, such as nanostructures with herbicide characteristics.
On average, the Active Sludge will be ready with the formation of a dark broth in 90 days – our process does not require any chemicals or drying pools – it takes place inside our PLANT and from the moment we start treating to the moment it becomes BioFertilizer takes less than 24 hours. The usual Water & Sewage Treatment contract will be for 20 years (+ Extensions of 10 years).

Biofertilizer improves crop productivity, presenting a lower cost when compared to chemical fertilizers. On average, fertilizer corresponds to 40 – 45% of the cost of rural production, and the use of Biofertilizers can reduce this cost by up to 90%. With the possibility of transforming their production into Organic (and knowing that this demand increases every year), the rural producer adds value to their product with the possibility of increasing its final price, while reducing its production cost.
The use of Biofertilizer contributes positively to the social development of the rural producer market, as it has the capacity both to raise the socioeconomic status of the professionals involved, and to preserve the environment in accordance with the new standards necessary in the conduct of global production.
OUR PLANT
- Our PLANT will be in modules with a capacity of 120 tons per day (minimum size). Production can reach 80 tons of Biofertilizer and 15 tons of Peat PER DAY.
- Our PLANT is fully produced, assembled and guaranteed by BLUENANO, and the entire "turn-key" process will take a maximum of 12 months.
- Our PLANT is able to receive the Sewage Directly without a previous Effluent Treatment Facility and Treat the water and the sewage.
- The Cities, Municipalities, Public or Private Institutions all over the World will be our customers.
- It is POSSIBLE to recover energy from BIOCHAR Thermal Power Plant, CHP and produced Biogas where available
- It is POSSIBLE to produce Electricity on-ite with PV Modules or CHP
